Jumping Crane

Sandhill Cranes waken in the early morning on the Platte River in Gibbon, Nebraska's Rowe Sanctuary. The cranes wait in the river until the sun rises, and they fly to the fields to feast. (by Maya Bell, March 11, 2012)
